Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an Associate Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help build and deploy cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into production-ready AI applications, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered solutions.

Hybrid onsite in Frisco, TX. 2+ years in software engineering/AI, Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
