Job summary

Kelly Services in the United States is seeking an AI/GenAI engineer to design and deploy agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX. You will build GenAI-powered applications, develop LLM-based solutions, and work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical results, configuring and testing AI apps in production.

Candidates should have 2+ years in software engineering/AI, experience with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Information

• Hybrid onsite in Frisco, TX (3-5 days per week)
• Background check required
• Occasional on-call or overtime support may be required
