Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. seeks an AI Engineering Leader / GenAI Solutions Architect for a 6-month onsite contract across multiple major cities including Washington DC area. You will lead architecture, implement GenAI solutions, and drive AI-enabled modernization across enterprise systems.

The role requires deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and scalable AI architectures, with hands-on experience deploying AI within cloud ecosystems and devops practices.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience designing GenAI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
• Experience with modern AI/ML architectures and enterprise integration.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented AI Engineering Leader / GenAI Solutions Architect. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, Bay Area, Chicago, NYC (NY/NJ), Washington DC/Virginia(Onsite).

Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of GenAI and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
• Design RAG-based architectures using embeddings, vector stores, retrieval mechanisms, and contextual data.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and other AI services into enterprise applications.
• Drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, code reviews, testing, documentation, and developer productivity.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, transitioning legacy platforms to headless, microservices-based architectures.
• Design and implement AI-powered search solutions, including semantic search, autocomplete, recommendations, and geo-based search.
• Provide enterprise-level solution architecture and technical leadership across complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop AI orchestration and integration services using .NET Core, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and API-based architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify and implement practical AI use cases.
• Establish scalable data modeling, indexing, retrieval, and integration strategies for AI applications.
• Support cloud-based AI deployments using AWS and Azure services.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker/containerization, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Lead AI use cases including conversational AI, intelligent search, recommendations, content enrichment, and AI-powered customer experiences.
• Provide technical guidance for enterprise modernization, architecture decisions, and scalable digital platforms

• According to him instead of the 3 roles that we were targeting it might be better to target:
• AI Engineer
• AI Architect
• Requirement 2 - New Requirement: Mid-level FDE 2 to 5 year experience;
• Target candidates with 2 to 5 years AI Engg, AI Architect
• Candidates can be trained into the FDE role. Need to revert with a solution – they may join the jr. FDE program towards latter half
• About 4 or 5 hires/batch of Jr. FDEs (so every 2 months)
• Location: Dallas, Bay Area, Chicago, NYC ( NY/NJ), Washington DC/Virginia onsite 5 days
