Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced FDE Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Fabric, and AI technologies.

The successful candidate will work with product owners, architects, analysts, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and lead the full lifecycle from discovery to production support.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft stack.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integrations, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI patterns.

We are seeking an experienced FDE Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and modern AI technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, business analysts, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. This role combines solution architecture, hands‑on engineering, integration development, data and analytics engineering, and AI-enabled application delivery.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full solution lifecycle—from discovery and technical design through development, deployment, adoption, optimization, and production support.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $125-$135K/year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft technologies.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and generative AI patterns.
• Develop data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI.
• Design secure, maintainable architectures integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Develop APIs, workflows, integrations, data models, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Apply best practices for security, governance, performance, scalability, and lifecycle management.
• Document solutions and contribute to code reviews, technical standards, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and the broader Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integrations, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Hands‑on experience building AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and generative AI patterns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, data pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
