Synechron is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer in Charlotte, NC to design and implement intelligent business applications with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. The role focuses on AI agents, workflow automation, and seamless enterprise integrations across Microsoft 365 and Teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Power Platform development, strong Azure/CI/CD experience, and banking/financial services familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.
• Proficiency in Dataverse Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI agents.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of Dataverse security, plugins, business rules, and solution architecture.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and Agile delivery experience.

Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to support the Deals Hub platform and drive adoption of Agentic AI solutions. The role involves designing and developing intelligent business applications, AI-powered agents, workflow automation, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and enterprise systems.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience
