We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Leader to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. The role involves managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, business outcomes, and value realization while coordinating architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Platform, AI governance, security, and Agile delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and impactful AI solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
