Point11 is seeking a solutions engineer in Washington, DC to own end-to-end deployments for government clients, aligning with agency data, identity, and analytics systems. You will work directly with agency leadership to define success metrics and drive production deployments with speed.

The role emphasizes working in live environments, strong API expertise, and collaboration with federal stakeholders across travel-heavy engagements. Based in DC with client travel.

The Team

Deploy Point11 into federal and state agencies modernizing how citizens reach services: digital twins of the people an agency serves, campaigns that show where they get stuck, and Site, Chat, and Voice that serve them when they arrive. Same mission as the private sector: embed, integrate, ship.

Now with government procurement, compliance, and security on top. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Deploy Point11 Site and Chat into a federal agency, inside its identity, analytics, and compliance infrastructure.
• Design the real-time test that lets an agency measure Point11's agents against its current tools.
• Write the government deployment playbook that takes a new agency from contract to production.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

• Own end-to-end deployments for government clients: their stack, their constraints, their timeline
• Integrate with agency data, identity, and analytics systems
• Partner with agency CTOs to set success criteria and the roadmap to hit them
• Debug production under pressure and keep client confidence high through critical rollouts
• Feed client insight straight back to product and shape the roadmap

About You

• You've shipped production software with a bias toward live, not perfect
• You've worked client-facing: solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting
• You're strong in TypeScript, Python, cloud (AWS/GCP), and REST/GraphQL APIs
• You operate independently with little direction in fast-moving client environments
• You'll travel up to 50% to client sites. This role is based in Washington, DC.

Even Better If You Have

• Deploying software in government or FedRAMP environments
• Familiarity with ATO, FISMA, or government compliance
• A background in public-sector modernization
• Real exposure to headless commerce, MCP, or agentic architecture
