The ideal candidate has experience shipping production software, strong engineering skills across the stack, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and senior engineers. You will travel up to 50% to client sites and work closely with enterprise partners, making a direct impact on business outcomes.

We hire accordingly.## What Your First Year Looks Like* Deploy our voice agent inside an insurance carrier's journey: their CDP, their analytics, their compliance. It goes live. It converts.* Build the backend-for-frontend for a Fortune 500 retailer going headless, then ship an agentic storefront to millions of shoppers.* Architect an MCP server that gives outside agents real-time access to a client's catalog, pricing, and inventory. A new front door to their business.## What the Day-to-Day Feels Like* Learn a client's stack, org chart, and constraints, then find exactly where our platform fits* Debug production during rollouts and present the architecture to VPs of Engineering* Write the templates and deployment patterns that cut the next engagement in half* Own the technical relationship. Client feedback goes straight to core engineering as product input* Fix what breaks at launch, document what works, and make every FDE faster## About You* You've shipped production software and you're strong across the stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure* You've integrated enterprise systems: CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, APIs, SSO/SAML* You're the engineer others come to when something is ambiguous and has to get done* You earn trust in a room of executives and respect in a room of senior engineers* You'll travel up to 50% to client sites.
