We hire accordingly.## What Your First Year Looks Like* Deploy Point11 into a federal agency: their identity, analytics, and compliance infrastructure.* Design a real-time A/B framework so agencies can test agent performance against their current tools.* Write the government deployment playbook that takes a new agency from contract to production.## What the Day-to-Day Feels Like* Own end-to-end deployments for government clients: their stack, their constraints, their timeline* Integrate with agency data, identity, and analytics systems* Partner with agency CTOs to set success criteria and the roadmap to hit them* Debug production under pressure and keep client confidence high through critical rollouts* Feed client insight straight back to product and shape the roadmap## About You* You've shipped production software with a bias toward live, not perfect* You've worked client-facing: solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting* You're strong in TypeScript, Python, cloud (AWS/GCP), and REST/GraphQL APIs* You operate independently with little direction in fast-moving client environments* You'll travel up to 50% to client sites.
