Dropzone AI is a venture-backed cybersecurity company applying Gen AI to scale defense and offload repetitive work for security analysts. This is a 100% remote, early-stage team with deep security, AI, and SaaS expertise.

The role focuses on supporting strategic accounts as a technical resource, partnering with TAMs, tuning the platform, and translating customer SOC practices into actionable behavior. You will help customers adopt and embed Dropzone into daily operations.
