Job summary
Coworked Harmony seeks a seasoned client-facing professional to operationalize Harmony for Fortune 500 customers. You will lead discovery through pilot and scale, mapping PMLC, governance, and toolchains, and translating needs into repeatable capabilities.
You will own delivery state across workstreams, ensure quality and pace, and collaborate with CEO and product to shape durable templates and integrations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a customer-facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
- Solid technical project management experience with PMLC, RAID, stakeholder comms, and benefits tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and PPM suites).
- Document current state and desired state. Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix.
- Build plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria.
- Work with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists.
- Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management.
- Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours.
- Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard.
- Capture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.

We are looking for a maverick who gets stuff done, hits the ground running, and is obsessed with results. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique pain-points and support the operationalization of Harmony to solve them. You will be the the lead with our Fortune 500 customers from first discovery through pilot and scale. You will identify reusable patterns and share field signal that influences the roadmap. Success in this role means owning the delivery state across workstreams. You will hold the bar on quality and pace and help Coworked learn through execution.

- 3 to 5 years in a customer facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
- Solid technical project management experience. Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder comms, and benefits tracking. PMP preferred.
- Familiar with AI.
- Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid, et al.
- Tools like Notion, Miro
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex environments and write crisp docs: discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides.
- Builder mindset, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic needs.
- Security and compliance basics.
- Experience deploying solutions inside Fortune 500 environments.
- Familiarity with OAuth, SSO.
- Exposure to AI agents or automation in real project workflows.
- Customer impact first. Time to first value is a headline metric.
- Clear docs beat tribal knowledge. If it is repeatable, you will write it down.
- Collaboration over heroics. You will pair with product, design, and engineering to turn field learnings into durable capability.
