Job description

About Coworked

Coworked's Harmony is an agentic AI Project Manager that behaves like a seasoned colleague in the enterprise. Instead of adding another app, Harmony onboards like a new hire who is competent in the enterprise systems, tools and processes your PMO already relies on, quietly taking charge of the admin and routine project management work that drains strategic focus.

Think of Harmony as a tireless remote coworker who never misses a detail, always follows up, and keeps every stakeholder aligned. While it handles the busywork, your project managers devote their energy to strategy, risk thinking, and delivering transformative outcomes. Enterprises adopting Harmony see programs move faster, teams handle larger portfolios without extra headcount, and governance improves by design.

Our purpose is clear: to staff a dependable team member who lifts the weight of project administration so people can lead, innovate, and scale. If you guide complex programs and want to unlock capacity without disrupting familiar workflows or adding headcount, follow Coworked to see how Harmony is reshaping project execution across the Fortune 500.

Why this role

We are looking for a maverick who gets stuff done, hits the ground running, and is obsessed with results. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique pain-points and support the operationalization of Harmony to solve them. You will be the the lead with our Fortune 500 customers from first discovery through pilot and scale. You will identify reusable patterns and share field signal that influences the roadmap. Success in this role means owning the delivery state across workstreams. You will hold the bar on quality and pace and help Coworked learn through execution.

Tasks

What you will do

Pre-sales discovery

  • Lead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and PPM suites).
  • Document current state and desired state. Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix.

Post-sales operationalization

  • Build plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria.
  • Work with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists.
  • Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management.
  • Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours.
  • Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard.

Partner across Coworked

  • Work directly with the CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations.
  • Capture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.
Requirements

What you bring

  • 3 to 5 years in a customer facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
  • Solid technical project management experience. Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder comms, and benefits tracking. PMP preferred.
  • Familiar with AI.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid, et al.
  • Tools like Notion, Miro
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex environments and write crisp docs: discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides.
  • Builder mindset, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic needs.
  • Security and compliance basics.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying solutions inside Fortune 500 environments.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, SSO.
  • Exposure to AI agents or automation in real project workflows.

How we work

  • Customer impact first. Time to first value is a headline metric.
  • Clear docs beat tribal knowledge. If it is repeatable, you will write it down.
  • Collaboration over heroics. You will pair with product, design, and engineering to turn field learnings into durable capability.
Benefits

Benefits and compensation

  • Competitive salary and equity, calibrated to experience and location.
  • Flexible PTO, and the gear you need.
  • Travel for customer onsite work, typically 20 to 50 percent.
