Ladders is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security to guide enterprise customers through post-sales onboarding, implementation, and adoption of AI security solutions. This remote role partners with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product to translate complex security requirements into actionable deployment plans.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in post-sales technical roles, hands-on AI deployment experience, and strong communication and PM skills in regulated industries.

Competenze

• 8+ years in a post-sales technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Integration Engineer)
• Experience building and deploying AI systems and applications
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols
• Experience leading technical deployments in on-prem, hybrid, or complex SaaS integrations
• Experience with enterprise customers in regulated industries, especially AI/ML or cybersecurity products
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with a self-directed, proactive approach

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on guiding enterprise customers through post-sales technical onboarding, implementation, and adoption of AI security solutions. You will serve as the primary technical partner to customer teams while coordinating closely with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product to accelerate time to value. The position calls for a hands‑on engineer who can translate complex infrastructure and security requirements into structured deployment plans and repeatable delivery practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,200 – $228,400 annually
