ZealHire Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer, remote, to design, deploy, and optimize intelligent Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers.

You will translate business problems into production-ready Salesforce and Agentforce implementations, lead architecture discussions, and work directly with customers from discovery through production rollout. Strong Apex/LWC/Flows and AI integration experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce / Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and configure autonomous agents, topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, and orchestration workflows.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs and integrations.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, external systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, prototype solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive production deployment.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG/grounding and conversational AI concepts.
• Evaluate and improve agent response accuracy, reliability, security, and overall user experience.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and production implementations.
• Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, business teams, and customer stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices around Salesforce AI architecture, governance, security, scalability, and performance.

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer with strong Agentforce and AI experience to work directly with customers to design, build, deploy, and optimize intelligent Salesforce solutions. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role requiring the ability to translate business problems into production-ready Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce / Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and configure autonomous agents, topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, and orchestration workflows.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs and integrations.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, external systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, prototype solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive production deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Practical implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL and REST/API integration skills.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered applications or agents.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration and AI evaluation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and data sources.
• Strong troubleshooting and production deployment experience.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and solutioning skills.
• Ability to independently take a use case from discovery → prototype → implementation → production.
• Preferred: Salesforce Agentforce/Data Cloud certifications or relevant Salesforce certifications, experience with Einstein AI/Data Cloud, and previous experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or customer-facing engineering role.
