CoffeeSpace is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in New York City, on-site at Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You will own enterprise customer relationships end-to-end, from pre-sales demos to post-sales integrations, and you’ll be the first dedicated FDE at a fast-growing company.

Join the founding team in NYC, build demos and collateral, embed with customers post-sale to integrate their product, and influence customer success from day one.

• Manage deal flow end-to-end, including triaging enterprise inbound and delivering on commitments.
• Build demos and collateral tailored to each customer’s vertical and use case.
• Embed with customers post-sale to audit codebases and build integrations.
• Educate enterprise customers on agentic engineering mental models.
• Provide feedback to the development team to improve the product.

This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI memory and identity infrastructure company.

We're identifying a small number of exceptional forward deployed engineers from our network. If there's a strong fit, we'll introduce you directly to the founding team.

The team is currently 15 people strong, and the company is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where they work out of the historic Domino Sugar Factory.

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own enterprise customer relationships end-to-end, from pre-sales demos to post-sales integration. You will be the first dedicated FDE at this fast-growing company, managing deal flow, building demos, and embedding with customers post-sale to integrate their product.
