What you'll actually be doing:

You’ll be the person who sits with customers, understands their workflows, and builds production‑grade AI agents that solve real problems. Not prototypes. Not slide decks. Working software in customer environments.

That means scoping requirements, defining success criteria, leading POCs through to production, and acting as the ongoing technical point of contact for the accounts you own. You’ll also feed real‑world signal back to a product and engineering team that actually listens.

You'll thrive here if you have:

• 3+ years in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
• Strong Python development skills (you can spin up a working app fast)
• AWS infrastructure and SQL database experience
• Comfort working directly with enterprise technical teams and senior stakeholders
