Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for a fully remote role.

You will build a focused document-analysis app around an existing commercial engine and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust analyst workflows. You will implement ingestion, normalization, search, categorization, source traceability and exports, while integrating with authorized data sources and government interfaces.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) or more years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).

Responsibilities

  • Translate workflows into application requirements, data schemas and tests.
  • Implement ingestion, normalization, search, categorization and export features.
  • Build interfaces to data sources and government-provided interfaces.
  • Create reviewer interface with audit history and corrections.
  • Evaluate retrieval and summarization quality with regulatory experts.
  • Test duplicate handling, attachments, high-volume processing and exports.
  • Implement authentication, permissions, logging and deployment controls.
  • Support accessibility validation and security reviews.
  • Coordinate changes with core platform team and maintain inventory of components.

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of Forward Deployed Engineer. This is a Remote Position.

Job Description:
Summary:

TheForward Deployed Engineer will build and deploy a focused document-analysis application around an existing commercial intelligence engine. Work directly with customer stakeholders, regulatory specialists and the core engineering team to turn agreed requirements into a reliable analyst workflow.

  • Translate approved comment-processing workflows into application requirements, data schemas and acceptance tests.
  • Implement ingestion, normalization, search experience, categorization, source traceability, analyst review and export features.
  • Connection interfaces toauthorized data sources and government-provided interfaces; identify access dependencies early.
  • Build a reviewer interface supporting corrections, multiple issue mappings and audit history.
  • Evaluate retrieval, classification and summary quality on representative records with regulatory experts.
  • Test duplicate handling, attachment coverage, reconciliation, high-volume processing and reproducible exports.
  • Implement approved authentication, permissions, logging, monitoring, backups and deployment controls.
  • Support accessibility validation, security reviews, release management, technical documentation and incident resolution.
  • Coordinate changes to the custom application with the core platform team and maintain a clear inventory of pre-existing and newly developed components
Requirement:
  • Four (4) or more years related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years)
Skills:
  • Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications and integrating APIs and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in an appropriate modern application stack, database design, automated validation and cloud operations is essential.
  • Practical experience with retrieval or language-model applications, evaluation and source-grounded outputs is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.

Communication:

Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.
