Job summary

Astraeus is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer outcomes. You’ll work directly with customers to understand complex operational and data challenges, and then design and implement solutions that actually run in production.

This role is not a traditional implementation—you’ll own problems end‑to‑end, shipping working systems that deliver measurable impact in real customer environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high‑performance, client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive workstreams independently.
• Strong technical fluency—you can build, debug, and ship in hands‑on roles.
• Experience working with complex organizations, workflows, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and goals.
• Translate real‑world problems into scalable, production‑grade technical solutions.
• Build and deploy systems using Astraeus’ platform and modern tooling (including AI‑native workflows).
• Rapidly prototype and iterate, often starting with rough ideas and evolving them into robust systems.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customers: someone who both understands the problem and delivers the solution.
• Work across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure what gets deployed is technically sound, operationally viable, and aligned to user outcomes.
