Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead deployments of AI agents and intelligent workflows in strategic customer environments. You will partner with engineering teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

The role combines software engineering, AI systems design, solution architecture, and customer engagement, influencing the platform through real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, client-facing role or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments of AI agents and enterprise AI solutions for customers.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows that integrate with customer systems, data, and business processes.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to deploy LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and AI automation solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding, implementation, and expansion.
• Diagnose and solve complex technical challenges across enterprise AI environments.
• Manage multiple customer implementations and technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Translate customer needs into product improvements, platform capabilities, and AI workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, research, and GTM teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Help shape the future direction of the platform through firsthand exposure to customer challenges and emerging AI use cases
