Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking a software engineer to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot technology in real-world environments for a leading U.S. defense technology company.

We are working with a leading U.S. defense technology company developing advanced software and autonomous systems for high-stakes operational environments.

We're looking for a strong software engineer to work directly with customers, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting technology in real-world environments.

You'll combine hands-on software engineering with field deployment. You'll write production code, solve complex technical problems, integrate systems, and work directly with customers to ensure technology performs reliably outside the lab.

• Willing and able to travel approximately 50% across the U.S.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, distributed systems, or forward-deployed engineering is highly desirable.

This is a software engineering role first. Clearance and willingness to travel are essential, but do not replace strong hands-on software engineering experience.

IMPORTANT: This role involves approximately 50% travel across the U.S. to customer sites, test facilities, and operational locations. U.S. citizenship and willingness to travel are required.
