Job summary

Strativ Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn validated solutions into field-ready capabilities. You will embed with customer teams in mission-critical environments, working hands-on with GPUs, FPGAs, and edge systems to integrate, optimize, debug, and operate real workloads on specialized hardware.

You will own outcomes end to end, tackle hard problems at the intersection of software and hardware, and work closely with defense and aerospace customers to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or Applied Algorithm Development.
• Strong programming ability in Python or C++.
• Hands-on with GPU programming, FPGA development, embedded systems, or edge compute environments.
• Track record deploying software on specialized or constrained hardware.
• Proven experience working directly with customers/external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering software or systems in defense, aerospace or other mission-critical environments.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Requirements:

• Exp. in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Applied Algo Development

• Track record optimizing and deploying software on specialized or constrained hardware
