Job summary

Ease Health is building an AI-native operating system for behavioral health and seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with providers in the field. You will ship software in days, not quarters, and directly impact clinicians, billers, and executives.

You will own migrations from legacy EHRs and billing systems, map complex problems to actionable work, and write production-ready software alongside product engineers. A bias for shipping and ownership is essential.

Forward Deployed Engineers embed with behavioral health providers, untangle their hardest problems, and ship the software that fixes them - in days, not quarters.
