Job summary

WELLTOWER is seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst to embed with a decision team and deploy AI-enabled tools to sharpen workflow and outcomes. You own the engagement and its success, backed by a build team. The role emphasizes hands-on collaboration with real estate leaders and data-driven decision processes.

Based in the NYC metro area and on-site, you will translate between domain experts and engineers, push AI into practice, and help shape the product roadmap through field insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRE investment analysis or capital allocation.
• Solid understanding of how institutional real estate decisions get made.
• Hands-on use of AI tools with a clear point of view on benefits and limits.
• Strong interest in AI and a track record of early tool adoption.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior teams in a client-facing role.
• Fluent with data and analytical tooling; can translate between domain experts and engineers.
• Bias toward shipping fast over perfecting.
• Based in the NYC metro area and able to work on-site.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years in CRE investment analysis or capital allocation
• Solid understanding of how institutional real estate decisions get made
• Hands‑on user of AI tools in your own work, with a real point of view on where they help and where they fall short
• Genuine interest in AI and a track record of adopting new tools early rather than waiting for them to be proven
• Strong client‑facing presence, comfortable working directly with senior teams
• Fluent with data and analytical tooling; you translate easily between domain experts and engineers
• Bias toward shipping fast over perfecting
• Based in the NYC metro area and able to work on‑site

COMPENSATION

Salaries may vary by location. The base salary range for this role in New York is $135,000 to $165,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a total rewards package that includes an annual bonus opportunity, equity awards through our long‑term incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits suite.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position.
