Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Director, Forward-Deployed AI Transformation, to lead a blended tech and business team. You will own the operating model connecting strategy, workflow redesign, and measurable business impact while guiding AI engineers and transformation managers toward durable, adoptable change.

You will partner with executives and department leaders to translate ambiguity into durable, measurable transformation and ensure value realization after launch.

Qualifications

• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams including engineers and transformation managers.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience redesigning workflows, governance, and adoption mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead forward-deployed AI engineers and transformation managers.
• Set portfolio direction, priorities, and operating rhythms for AI and digital transformation.
• Translate priorities into a measurable roadmap with resourcing and risks.
