Job summary

SCAN Group is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to bridge business strategy with technology delivery and workforce change. You will identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, align operating models and roles, and drive adoption of AI-enabled changes across departments.

You will collaborate with leaders, Learning & Development, Talent, HR, governance, and operations to translate strategic goals into practical transformation plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bridge business strategy, operating realities, technology, and workforce change into practical transformation plans.
• Facilitate executive alignment, frontline discovery, workflow mapping, future-state design, and adoption planning.
• Redesign workflows, roles, governance, and adoption mechanisms for tech-enabled change.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Talent, HR to define skills, training, and career path implications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand priorities, challenges, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow observation, and process mapping.
• Define current-state and future-state workflows, including automation opportunities and human responsibilities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with pilots, rollout waves, training, communications, and measurement.
