Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and product teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and enterprise platforms like SAP and ServiceNow.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and building distributed, production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers and workflow/orchestration frameworks.
• 5+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs in large enterprise environments or professional services.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and internal teams, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, and governance considerations.
• Own solutions from concept to production with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
