Aircall is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end, technically sound, low-code AI solutions for customers. You will design workflows connecting the AI Agent with CRMs and help desks, while guiding cross-functional teams and building reusable frameworks.

This hybrid role emphasizes customer-facing delivery, technical consultancy, and steady knowledge sharing to accelerate Aircall’s AI adoption across SMBs.

Formación

• 2–8 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM tools with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share learnings.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent, including intents, prompts, actions, and metrics.
• Manage cross-functional deployments with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks to speed future projects.
• Train peers and run internal workshops to raise technical capability.
• Run outbound campaigns within the existing customer base to generate pipeline.
