Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions. You will design workflows connecting AI Agents with CRMs and communication tools, and drive AI adoption across our customer base.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine the platform, lead cross-functional technical projects, and ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering with strong proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and low-code orchestration tools.
• Candidates must have a practical understanding of AI workflow configuration and the ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.

Responsibilities
