Job summary

Wand Synthesis AI Inc is hiring a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, guiding them from evaluation through production deployment. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, solution architecture, agentic AI, and customer delivery.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, build agentic workflows, and present working demos to executives and technical teams alike.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, customer-facing technical role with ownership of deployments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI/agentic workflows is a plus.
• Strong API, integration, scripting, and cloud/web environment skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Design, build, and present agentic solutions and workflows that demonstrate value.
• Own end-to-end technical deployments for US enterprise customers from evaluation to go-live.
• Translate customer needs into clear designs, architectures, and deployment plans.
• Present technical solutions, demos, and plans to stakeholders including executives.
• Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, data, workflow logic, and customer systems.
• Support late-stage pre-sales with solution design and value demonstration.
• Create implementation playbooks, solution patterns, and deployment docs.
