Motivus is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to blend AI engineering with domain fluency, solving complex customer problems and turning AI concepts into production-ready solutions.

You will work directly within client environments, architect solutions, build integrations, and ship AI applications and workflows as part of a data modernization engagement for a US financial services client. You’ll own delivery outcomes end-to-end and collaborate with leadership from both sides.

Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, or model-serving infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, or modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise APIs and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Industry/domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or other enterprise industries.
• Experience working directly with CIO, CTO, CDO, data science, engineering, or business stakeholders.
• Consulting, solutions engineering, professional services, or technology implementation experience.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their business, data, technology, and AI requirements.
• Translate customer problems into AI-powered technical solutions and production architectures.
• Design, build, integrate, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions within customer environments.
• Develop production integrations using APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Build prototypes and POCs and rapidly evolve successful solutions into production implementations.
• Develop applications and workflows using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling.
• Integrate LLMs, generative AI, machine learning models, agents, RAG pipelines, or other AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, where applicable.
• Work with customer data and technology teams to address data access, security, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across application, data, model, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Navigate the enterprise “integration wall” — legacy authentication (SSO/OIDC/SAML), ETL pipelines, data residency requirements, and security review processes.
• Collaborate with internal AI scientists, product managers, platform engineers, and core engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify recurring customer requirements and translate them into product and platform improvements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support solution architecture, technical discovery, demonstrations, and strategic customer engagements.
