Job summary

Motivus seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Strategist to own an industry vertical end-to-end—from identifying high-value AI opportunities to deployment and client adoption. This leader will drive strategic workflows, deploy approaches, and build senior client relationships with AI engineering, delivery, and sales teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a blend of AI/technology strategy, client leadership, solutioning, and commercial acumen, with joint P&L ownership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, technology strategy, consulting, or enterprise tech.
• Proven leadership in AI/ML strategy, solutioning, deployment at scale.
• Deep industry knowledge and the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and deployment plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the industry vertical end-to-end across strategy, client engagement, solution development, deployment, and growth.
• Lead discovery with clients to define use cases and translate requirements into AI strategies.
• Design deployment approaches, operating models, and roadmaps with AI engineering and delivery teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive AI adoption.
• Partner with AI Solution Sales to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and grow pipeline.
• Jointly own segment P&L with AI Solution Sales and monitor revenue, margin, and resources.
• Identify repeatable AI use cases and deployment patterns for scale.
• Develop executive-level business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
