Job summary

Neto is building AI voice agents for law firms and we are hiring in Scottsdale for an in-person role focused on delivering production-ready agents. You will stand up agents via prompting, workflows, and API work, then run hypercare until they are stable in production.

You will own what you ship and handle escalations, delivering tangible results within days. Qualifications include strong prompting and LLM-application skills, API literacy, and a calm, customer-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong prompting and LLM-application skills, plus comfort writing and debugging workflows.
• Working API skills and the ability to read and write code.
• Composure with customers and a knack for turning a messy process into a working system.

Responsibilities

• Configure reception, intake, chase, and check-in agents to each firm’s real processes.
• Work across prompting, workflow logic, and API integrations to make the agent work in the real world.
• Run the two-week hypercare period, then hand a clean agent to Customer Success.
• Own tier-2 escalations on the agents you built, and ship about twelve clean a month.
