Job summary

Pallet is hiring Forward Deployed Product Engineers to deploy production AI agents inside large logistics companies. You’ll design integrations, debug production systems, and ship AI-powered workflows in real environments.

You’ll work closely with customers, operators, engineers, and executives to turn real-world needs into repeatable product capabilities. You’ll own deployments end-to-end from discovery to production, travel up to ~25% and collaborate across engineering and product teams to

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups or similar environments.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer customer workflows and undocumented integrations.
• Design and build integrations between customer systems and Pallet’s platform.
• Debug production failures across distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Work onsite with customers to diagnose issues, ship fixes, and drive launches.
• Own deployments end-to-end from discovery through production stability.
• Identify recurring patterns and turn them into reusable capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and product to shape the roadmap based on customer needs.
