BrickRed Systems LLC in Overland Park, KS, seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, deploy production-grade applications, integrate APIs and data pipelines, and guide projects from concept to production while maintaining quality and security.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or related roles.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Customer-facing or business-facing experience with requirements gathering.
• Experience building, integrating, testing, and maintaining production-grade apps and APIs.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based app development.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, coding standards, testing, debugging, and release management.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at the T-Mobile office in Overland Park, KS, in a hybrid model.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows and gather requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions and Agentic AI workflows.
• Build prototypes, incorporate feedback, and transition successful solutions to production.
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, cloud services, and third-party systems in complex environments.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Translate requirements into designs, architecture, and actionable plans.
• Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, and CI/CD.
• Develop code, perform debugging, write unit tests, and maintain docs.
• Monitor deployed solutions and improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and QA to resolve issues and enhance the product.
