Worky is seeking an engineer in Los Angeles where product meets customer workflows. You'll build new customer workflows with the account executive, keep live ones healthy, and own systems that accelerate both efforts.

You'll review QA results, improve the automation loop, deploy safely, and look for upstream patterns. The role demands hands-on coding every week from our office, with a startup pace and a focus on real-world healthcare processes.

Qualifikationen

• Real professional software engineering with production-grade code.
• Strong TypeScript or equivalent typed language with TS ramp-up.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code quickly.
• Instinct to automate; start manual, then automate.
• Interest in complex real-world processes (healthcare domain).
• Customer-centered approach focused on the order.
• Comfort in a small team; own initiative.
• Willingness to work in-office five days a week.

Aufgaben

• Build out new customer workflows with the account executive.
• Support live customer workflows: fix issues and root causes.
• Own QA product: review agent flags and improve accuracy.
• Manage deployments: ensure changes ship correctly and rollback if needed.
• Identify recurring patterns and upstream problems.
• Build tooling, checks, and guardrails to speed processes.
• Learn customers' industry well enough to discuss processes.
