The Home Depot is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to embed production-grade AI agents across business verticals, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Online, Store Ops, and HR. You will design scalable pipelines, ensure governance, and deliver reusable enterprise assets.
You will lead integration work with MCP servers, OAuth boundaries, and agent orchestration tools while promoting responsible AI practices and measurable outcomes in a large retail environment.
Competenze
- Experience shipping production Python services (FastAPI, microservices)
- Hands-on with enterprise SaaS and MCP integrations
- Strong knowledge of Responsible AI, safety guardrails and HITL workflows
- Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

- Embed & Discover Workflows: elicit requirements with non-technical partners and lock in acceptance criteria.
- Build & Deploy Production Agents: ship end-to-end agents with gates for write actions.
- Engineer Enterprise Integrations & MCP Servers: create REST integrations with OAuth/IAM boundaries.
- Establish Reusable Evaluation Harnesses: create golden datasets and automated tests for prompts and agents.
- Templatize & Build the Paved Road: extract reusable templates and packaging standards.
