Job summary

Fulcrum seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers to implement our AI automation platform and customizations. You will apply problem‑solving, creativity, and technical skills to be a customer’s first resource for implementing AI automations in their company.

You will own end‑to‑end engagements with enterprise customers, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver reliable, compliant solutions to brokers and their clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant, post‑college work experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Excellence in technical documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers; comfortable with evolving objectives.
• Ability to work 5 days a week from our San Francisco office; relocation open.

This role is critical in helping us deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient solutions to brokers and their clients.

Requirements

• Strong coder with proven proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and many iterations with customers.
• Ability to work 5 days a week from our San Francisco office (open to candidates willing to relocate).
