We build with it, ship with it, and embed it into everything we deliver. Our engineers use the latest agentic development tools to move fast, solve hard problems, and create real business value for our customers. We are a fast-paced startup that is 100% focused on customer success. We invest in our people with cutting-edge tooling, continuous learning, and a culture that rewards pushing limits and driving innovation. If you want to work at the frontier of how software gets built and deployed, not just read about it, Nexera is the place.
As a Forward Deployed AI Consultant, you are the technical face of Nexera with our customers. You will embed directly with client teams to understand their business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and build and ship those solutions end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment and adoption. This is not a back-office engineering role. You will be in the room with stakeholders, translating real-world problems into working software that delivers real, measurable business impact.
You will own the full solution lifecycle: specifications, architecture, source code, test plans, infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, security posture, and post-launch adoption. You will also play a key role in helping customers understand how AI changes their workflows and driving the organizational change management that makes adoption stick.
We are looking for bright, curious consultants/engineers who have a genuine passion for this space. People who stay up on the latest models and tools not because they have to, but because they can't help it. You want to understand how things work, you care deeply about solving real problems for real people, and you're energized by the pace of change in AI rather than overwhelmed by it. If you want to help shape the future of how software and intelligent solutions get built and delivered, keep reading.
