Jump Associates LLC is seeking a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 leaders at our San Mateo office, with 80% of time spent building relationships and selling new work. The role reports to the CEO and offers path to principal and eventual partner based on performance.

The successful candidate will lead strategic advisory engagements, guide senior client conversations, and help shape proposals while working closely with Jump's teams and clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in strategy consulting, advisory, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in advisory sales, with engagements $500,000+.
• Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
• Demonstrated experience in social science, design, and/or business strategy.
• Demonstrated excellence in academia, athletics, or military.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about strategy as a field.
• Permanent right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Build a wide network of client prospects and influencers.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with qualified client prospects.
• Identify critical needs facing client prospects that Jump could help solve.
• Help client prospects through their buying journey.
• Provide ongoing advice to senior clients.
• Lead strategy sessions to help clients align and decide on the way forward.
• Clarify the overall objective for strategy projects with project teams
• Review progress and provide feedback to ensure clients’ needs are met
