Job summary

Senior Psych Care in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Regional Manager to lead essential operational processes, build relationships with partner facilities, and coordinate providers and Psych Techs to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires proactive collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in improving access to mental health care for seniors.

Travel to assigned nursing homes is required; LNHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or healthcare administration.
• 3+ years in operations or account management; healthcare/long-term care preferred.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing home relationship management and site visits.
• Oversee onboarding, staffing, CPT codes, and service workflow.
• Coordinate referral flow and analytics using PowerBI and ZohoCRM.
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance through documentation and audits.
• Report insights to leadership and drive improvement initiatives.
