Job summary

Siemens Mobility’s Fort Worth facility is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift. You will drive daily production, coordinate the assembly team, and ensure safety and productivity.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, PM experience, and MS Office proficiency, with US work authorization. You will lead scheduling, supervise staff, and work with union relations while advancing digitalization of production tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
• Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production processes and serve as hub of information between hourly workforce, management, engineering, quality, purchasing and planning.
• Improve safety and reduce production errors while increasing quality and efficiency.
• Manage production schedule, assign personnel, supervise progress, and coordinate training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain relations with the local union per the collective bargaining agreement.
• Support digitalization efforts with tools like Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, dashboards and related technologies.
