Job summary

Siemens Industry is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for the Grand Prairie, TX factory. You will drive daily production processes and coordinate betweenHourly assembly staff, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.

Responsibilities include safety improvements, quality and efficiency enhancements, training, and annual performance reviews, while maintaining union relations and supporting digital tooling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with 5 years relevant experience.
• Mechanical proficiency with hand tools; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production processes and information transfer between hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.
• Improve safety, reduce production errors, and increase product quality and efficiency.
• Handle production schedule, assign personnel, supervise progress, coordinate and document training, drive continuous improvement, and conduct annual evaluations.
• Maintain relationship with local union following the collective bargaining agreement; support digital tools implementation.
