Job summary

Insight Public Sector is seeking a Team Lead for the Integration Lab Services in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role oversees daily provisioning, testing, and production handoffs, ensuring accurate SAP records and timely client orders.

You will mentor technicians and coordinate with engineering, deployment, and shipping to keep workflow predictable. The ideal candidate has CompTIA A+ or IT degree, plus 2+ years in provisioning or lab environments, and experience with Windows and SAP workflows.

Qualifications

Two years of device provisioning or lab experience.
CompTIA A+ or IT degree with HR approval.
Experience coordinating technicians in a production or service environment.

Responsibilities

Provide daily technical direction and floor coordination for device provisioning, configuration, testing, and handoff.
Lead shift-start huddles and communicate work assignments and priorities.
Verify orders, parts, and lab materials against client requirements and SAP records.
Coordinate with leadership, engineering, deployment management, inventory control, and shipping to resolve blockers.
Perform provisioning and troubleshooting to maintain production continuity.
