Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Utilize NetSuite to extract, analyze, and report on financial data.
• Improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses, presentations, and executive reporting.
• Assist with month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
