Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC seeks a Director of Facilities to lead local maintenance, vendor operations, and budgets. You will partner with the Operations Director to implement a community management plan and deliver high‑quality services that keep residents safe, happy, and proud to call the neighborhood home.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience with 5+ in leadership, strong financial and procurement skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of full-cycle maintenance (preventive, predictive, planned, make ready).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, construction, masonry; HVAC/OSHA/EPA a plus.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and tie ops/administrative activities to business strategy.
• Financial experience with operating budgets, CapEx, payroll; ability to negotiate vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with word processing, Excel, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on facilities management, including maintenance programs and admin services.
• Champion resident-first service with empathy and problem solving.
• Manage partner relations, respond to requests, and ensure program effectiveness.
• Ensure SOPs and workflows are followed; maintain safety and codes compliance.
• Oversee budgets, track financial performance, and drive profitability.
• Develop and manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors and national buyers.
• Recruit, develop, and retain diverse teams; provide performance feedback.
• Travel up to 25% and lead cross-functional initiatives.
