Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and its mission partners. On-site at Fort Meade, MD, the analyst will drive cyber workforce readiness through training development, curriculum management, and exercise planning to ensure mission-essential proficiency and compliance with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining curricula, supporting JTS/JELC activities, and contributing to readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity training, workforce development, or military training programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Joint Training System (JTS) and its phases.
• Experience with DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS, and familiarity with JOPP and JELC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain cyber training curriculum, performance objectives, lesson materials, and evaluation standards.
• Provide research and analysis to define cyber training requirements and readiness assessments.
• Support planning, execution, and assessment activities across the Joint Training System (JTS) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Maintain training databases, certification records, workforce improvement program metrics, and compliance reporting.
