Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to advance cyber workforce readiness for DISA and DCDC at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes developing and refining training programs, curriculums, and assessment methods in a mission-critical DoD environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility and an IAT Level II certification, with 4–8 years of relevant experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4–8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph eligibility.
• Current IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).
• Experience with Joint Training System (JTS) and related programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define cyber training requirements and workforce development strategies for DCDC/DoD cyber missions.
• Plan, manage, and execute cyber training programs and curriculum reviews.
• Develop curricula, learning objectives, training plans, and certification standards.
