You will mentor teammates, manage projects end-to-end, and own records and systems. The compensation range is $72,000 to $99,000, with generous benefits and the Fort Lauderdale flexibility to grow on your own clock.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• 3+ years leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience translating negotiation complexity for a non-technical audience.
• Onboarding and mentoring teammates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations at Fort Lauderdale site and keep workflows moving.
• Read between the lines of what Fort Lauderdale customers actually need.
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date.
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Fort Lauderdale rollout.
• Apply professionalism and presentation to solve operational challenges.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Make the gently-demanding call when data points point in two directions.
