SummitLab in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our construction team. You will read blueprints, set up forms, and pour concrete using hand and power tools. This full‑time role requires physical fitness and the ability to work at heights, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and design plans accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and work at heights.
• Knowledge of formwork materials and their uses.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to determine formwork requirements.
• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding ladders and safety equipment.
• Measure cut and assemble wood, metal, or plastic forms according to specifications.
• Install reinforcing bars and mesh as needed.
• Pour and spread concrete into forms using hand or power tools.
• Monitor and adjust forms during concrete pouring.
• Remove forms after concrete has cured and clean up the job site.
• Inspect forms for damages or defects and perform repairs when necessary.
