Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set and place forms to proper elevations and locations.
• Verify accuracy of structures using measuring tools.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for access to elevated areas.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about issues and needs.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs for form construction.
• Erect and align forms for floors, slabs, walls, columns, and tilt-walls.
• Set forms to correct elevations, locations, and elevations.
• Aid in placing reinforcing steel where required.
• Maintain safety policies and keep work area clean.
